Soon in Insights: Enhanced products reporting

Hi, community members!

We will soon start to release the enhanced products reporting (expected general availability by end of July).

What will be delivered:

New products report under the deals section, where the source table displays also all the products attached to Deals that meet the filter criteria;
20+ new products related fields in deal/product reports. All of them available in the report filters and table, plus some of them available in the report measure/view/segment by options;
Better support for Products in existing Deals reports, including new source table columns, that show all attached Products data in a single cell;
Support for Subscription Products, including fields like Product TCV, Product Billing Frequency, Deal ARR and others

These changes will become available for all customers and we expect to have this fully available by the end of July.

What will we work on next:

We will work on developing a revenue report that gives the opportunity to see and analyse subscription revenue.

In regards of product category, this is not yet available in filters, but will keep you posted when we enable this as well in filters @Maciej :)

Thanks for the early access, and thansk for the addition.

I've found a few bugs in the reporting, especially if Product Code is selected as the VIEW BY option in reports - it only shows products that begin with the letter 'C' and reports 0 numbers for every other product.

Actually, another bug if Product Name is selected as the VIEW BY option in Insights > Reports. 90% of the products show as HIDDEN. Only started happening this morning.

In the TCV based Products report, it would be good if we could View by "Product billing start date". In this way we could achieve a view of revenue forecast by product over time (for recurring products).

This is not yet possible in the Forecast and subscriptions type reports as far as I know and have tested.

Also beeing able to see all deals values of related compagnies under the HQ.

Ex: CIE A (related B,C,D). I've won a deal under B,C,D. So, I could see in my report that A got the total value from B,C,D + the Value of A.

Hi guys, thanks for fixing the bugs above. This next one is not so much a bug but a field to filter on.

I am referring to the Product Category field. Up until now I haven't really worked out a use for it, but now with reporting for products being expanded, I was hoping I could view my sales by category.

From what I can see, no can do. Can we add this please?

Hi, @Obstein - products reporting is available for all as of end of July. You can discover this under the Insights feature by starting adding a new report under the Deals category.
