Sender name in email

Hi, when I send an email from PD so the other party sees in the recipient only "biba". I assume by mail: [email protected]*.com. Where can I set the full name? When I send mail directly from the Mail app on a Macbook, the other party sees my full name. Picture from gmail and Mail app (mac ox).  I have the same settings for my email provider, my full name. Thank you for help.

    Check your account settings to ensure your first name and last name are updated in your Pipedrive profile.

    @Petr Bíba you can also ask support to make sure your sender name is set properly, they can do this in the back-end of your account. Just click on the ?-icon in the top right in Pipedrive and start a chat with them.
