Lack of Goal Customizations - as of July 2024

In general, creating goal reports is very restrictive but I just want to focus on one point due to urgency:

We are trying to create a weekly goal based on number of calls. This goes well until we need to go back and record a call made last week that we forgot to record or didn't have time to record.

However, if we record it this week (rather than last week) it will show up under this week's call count. - We need to have goals based on due date…NOT 'marked as done time'.

Can you have this changed for us? It is critical in order for us to complete our 90-day call sprint accurately (which we are starting on 7/1/2024), without receiving questions from management.
