When authorising your email domain in Pipedrive, that delivers you the DKIM records only.
Although DKIM is nowadays the standard, a missing spf record can still cause delivery issues.
The spf record is set in the TXT section of your DNA record:
your-domain.com
„v=spf include:spf.pipedrive.com ~all“
You can add further spf entries, e.g. for Mailchimp, with a space between and the ~all always belongs to the end.
finally you need a dmarc-record where the recipients‘ Mailservers can send you issues:
_dmarc.your-domain.com
“v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@your-domain.com; fo=0:d;“
Choose any email of your-domain.com you like.
Enjoy
