Team Visibility of lists

I would like my whole team to have the same view as the one i created for Contacts, organisations and deals. Meaning all the fields and columns to be the format view for my company. Filtering is not the option but rather the general view of the lists. any ideas?

There's an option you can enable in your filters that will always pull a certain set of columns, see here how it's done: How can I set default columns for all my users in the List View?
