UPDATE: We have updated the community's spam filter, and posting is once again available to all members. Spammers will not be tolerated and will be permanently banned.


Dear Community members,

On Monday, July 8, our Pipedrive Community was unfortunately targeted by spammers. While content filters are in place and your friendly neighborhood Community manager moderates posts, the volume of spam posts was simply too big and got past our defenses.

As a result of the spam posts, we temporarily switched off all Community posts and comments. While we continue working to make the Community safe, you might still encounter some spam content. Please take note of the following:

– Don’t click on suspicious links in posts or comments, especially if they’re not related to Pipedrive in any way.

– Beware of members asking you to call phone numbers. Pipedrive will never ask you to call any phone number to share personal information, passwords or billing details.

– If you see a post that seems suspicious or out of place, please report it using the “Flag” button at the bottom of the post.


Note: No posts or comments made in the Community before July 8 were affected. Rest assured that your Pipedrive account and data remain completely secure and unaffected.

    Could you kindly let us know when you will resolve the issue with the email campaigns? Our recipients are not receiving the mass campaign emails, even though these are addresses that have always received our communications sent via Pipedrive. It is evident that the problem lies with the application. The system has been blocked for two weeks.

    Agree with @Eleonora. Why there's no anouncement yet about the malfunctioning of your emailing platform?
