Email labels shared
Email labels can be created, edited and deleted by regular and admin users.
They’re currently private and can’t be shared or seen by other users. This applies to each inbox at the moment. Can develop team look to giving the option when creating a label to select private or available to all users like you have the choice to do when setting up Fields in Deals etc. for team user practicality.
When you sync two (or more) accounts under two different users the system believes
they are two different inboxes even if they are the same email account. E.g. the addition of an email label (e.g. actioned) made by the admin staff user is not seen by the manager (the other user) unless the manager logins in under the admin user account.

Hi @davider2024 , email labels are designed to be personal at the moment, and so cannot be shared across the company. I have marked this as product feedback, so our product team can see your request and other users can vote on it.
