Automated e-mail after deal = won + delay time + specific product?

Hi,

Since our company sells notebooks with a refill system, I'd like to create an automated workflow where WON deals that purchased a specific product get an e-mail after 1 year.

The workflow automation doesn't seem to have an option to filter on product type or category.

Any tips on how I could set this up?
