Lead booster BOT is cutting out or going away after answering the first question

I built the BOT to interact with visitors. The BOT welcomes the visitor and then begins to ask a series of questions that flow into the Pipedrive lead system.

After one or two questions, the BOT goes away. If I refresh the page, the BOT returns where it had left off.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can repair the function so the BOT remains active on the page?
