Email sent opened by yourself counted as viewed by them.

Did anyone notice that if you open the email you sent to a prospect, pipedrive will count it as you opening it. Or is it just me?

    This is indeed a known situation: the tracking pixel can become unintentionally triggered by the opening of the tracked email through the Sent folder of your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc). 

    To avoid triggering a false open alert, we suggest staying within Pipedrive for the purposes of the sending and opening of your tracked emails. 

    Be aware that opening up the email from the Sent folder of your email client will also trigger that tracking pixel.
