How Can I Automate this Deal Stage change?

Hi! I'm trying to have an automation that will update the deal stage and move it to the next stage once that deal's activities are marked as done - currently have my instant condition set as "deal activities to do count has changed to deal activities done count" and it has to be in the stage prior to the one I'm trying to move it to. I tried it out with a tester deal and it hasn't changed stages.
