Is email tracking working as expected ?

Hi All,

I just came across few clients, complaining they haven't received the email, though I have received the email tracker notification that email is viewed.

Is it working as expected or is there any issue ?

    Email Sync and email tracker should be working as expected.

    In cases like this, many variables can be involved, as we might not be speaking of errors on our side but potentially on your client's provider.
