I am new to Pipedrive.. A lot to learn.

We use a cloud based VOIP system called Fonial in Germany and it is pretty good. I am looking how to integrate it into Pipedrive if at all possible. I would prefer to continue using Fonial as we have many desk phones connected to it. Fonial does not unfortunately have their own integration software for Pipedrive.. They are also some way from providing one although they are interested in doing so in a while.

All the Phone integrations I can find seem dedicated to a particular paywall cloud based phone provider. As I am already paying for a decent Voip service I do not really want to dig into an alternative.

I am looking for a Pipedrive dialer software that has an open back-end where I can use a VOIP provider of my choice (Fonial) and where I do not need to pay a monthly fee.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any instructions anywhere on the web? I have been looking around and I cannot find anything.

Thanks for your help.

Thomas

Thank you Amit. A very useful place to start.

The only thing that bugs me about these apps is that they all appear to be fronts to complete VOIP platforms.. I already have a VOIP platform that I am using and paying monthly for. All I need is a bridge between Pipedrive and Fonial.

I am already paying for Fonial every month and these apps are charging a lot of money (per seat and in total). How can a dialer justify a hefty monthly fee when it does so little?
