Is anyone having issues with the billing process?
The customer services team at Pipedrive seem unwilling to help. We have asked for someone to call us to discuss. They won't call and will only use the webchat function to communicate. We've decided to look at other CRM systems and leave Pipedrive as its getting too expensive.
Any ideas how to speak with someone on the phone / senior?

We have reviewed our records and do not see any reports of billing issues on our side at this time.
Our Support team is always ready to assist. However, the available support channels depend on your plan. For detailed information, please visit Pipedrive Support. Phone support is available starting from the Power plan.
If you feel that communication with a support member is not effective, a senior team member or manager can reach out to you. We have located your case and see that you are currently in contact with a management team member. Please continue discussing your concerns with them, and they will do their utmost to resolve any issues.
