where is my spam folder

an important email that i have been waiting for didnt appear in my inbox even though i knew it had been sent. I checked by email provider and it was in spam. But where can i find my pipedrive spam folder, i only have:

    Hi @mike g

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to sync your default spam folder from your provider with Pipedrives email sync. We recommend moving this email to a folder that you do have syncing to Pipedrive so that it syncs over. Thank you!
