    • Can we use the campaign tool to send email campaigns? I've heard it's not working.

    • Is there any likelihood of a "territory" field/feature that lets us designate the locations (states/countries/etc.) within a territory?
      • ☑️ We can suggest using a Single or Multiple Option custom field.
    • I know we didn't talk about emails today, but is there any way to send bulk emails by organization and not people?
      • ☑️ Not at the present time. Emails are based on individual emails. You could create a filter for your company of preference.
    • How can I create a different set of labels for a new pipeline?
      • ☑️ That is not possible. Deal labels are the same for every pipeline. What you can do is create certain custom fields for each pipeline.
    • How do I allow my reps to see other reps' deals/leads/orgs/contacts without being able to edit them?
      • ☑️ "Edit deals owned by other users" is the permission for Regular User that would apply to this.
    • We can BCC on template emails/mass emails but not CC another contact. Is this possible?
      • ☑️ You cannot add a BCC or CC to a bulk email. But you can send a template using group emailing.
    • When using a payment and scheduled calendar, is it possible to change the monthly fee for one month and then return to the previous amount?
      • ☑️ Yes, you are able to modify a single payment date.
    • I have an activity set in the record but it does not transfer to the deal. So it looks like I do not have an activity set on my deals?
      • ☑️ In order for the activities to appear in the deal, please make sure to link it to the deal. When an activity is linked to an item, it appears on the item’s detail page.
    • Is it possible to send deals to different sellers in a group, equally?
      • ☑️ ???
    • A lot of deals are on hold in the pipeline (for different reasons), how can we optimize that stage better?
      • ☑️ Apply the rotten feature or establish a workflow that creates activities within a time period.
    • Can you have more than one contact person in the deal summary?
      • ☑️ In Pipedrive, a deal can only have one linked contact person at a time. However, you can add other contacts as participants. More info here.
    • I am familiar with bulk edit. But I want to change an organization and at the same time have it grab and change the contacts at the same time when I change the organization.
      • ☑️ You can set up a rule with the Workflow automation that changes the contacts when you change your organization.
    • Can automations only be used if email is integrated?
      • ☑️ If you want to send emails using automations, that is correct. It will only work if you have your email synced.
    • Is there a way to run a report to show all of the notes added to each deal?
      • ☑️ Right now it is not possible to have a report for that. You can, however, export the notes from your deals using our export tool. More info here.
    • Do you have an integration with Apollo.io in the making?
    • Can you create an automation to create an activity that is assigned to 2 different Pipedrive users?
      • ☑️ Activities can only be assigned to one Pipedrive user at a time.
    • If Pipedrive AI is not visible, is it due to the version I have?
      • ☑️ Possibly due to your subscription plan. The Essential and Advanced plans still provide some access to AI features. More info here.
    • Can you set an automation to schedule an activity that can be assigned to 2 users? So that both users can have the activity assigned to both of them?
      • ☑️ Activities can only be assigned to one Pipedrive user at a time.
    • The texts our team is sending using Textline are no longer logging as activities in the history. How do we fix this? It's broken for all our agents.
      • ☑️ Textline is an external tool to Pipedrive. If you are having issues with this integration, please reach out to their support directly.
    • If I have a lead in an automation of an activity workflow, triggered by adding a label, how can I get it to stop the sequence if I remove the label?
      • ☑️ Apply an instance condition that considers if the lead still has the label, i.e., "Label has changed or Label has not changed."
    • Are automations universal throughout the company Pipedrive account? If I want to set up automations that only impact one user account (mine), would that be possible?
      • ☑️ Automations can be set to be triggered company-wide, or you can set them to be triggered by one user.
    • You have talked about the checksheet - which would be important to us but not shown how to do it? Can you please cover this?
    • What happened to my account when I cannot see the menu "Manage Users" anymore? A few weeks ago I saw this menu... My account should be an Admin-Account.
      • ☑️ Your Admin permissions have been removed.
    • Can you set the default for all organizations and contacts to a certain visibility level?
      • ☑️ Yes, within the visibility group settings.
    • The report we will need is:
      • *What deals have been added in a month - qty/$
      • *What deals have been closed in a month - qty/$
      • *What have we written off in the month (deals) qty/$
      • *What deals have been lost in the month - qty/$

    • We have a dashboard of reports in analytics which are steering the business in its commercial activities. However, a report we need which we've not found a way to do it for the interest of our Financial direction is a report as follows;
      • ☑️ A revenue report would be helpful for what you are looking for. Or creating a report based on deal value.
    • Is there a way to see the deals outlined by Deal Probability (Example 10%, 40%, 60%, 90%, etc.) along with being able to see the TCV added up within the deal card and then the total TCV at the top?
      • ☑️ Using formula fields would allow you to total a sum for the TCV. At the present time, deal probability is not available to show on the deal card.
    • What if you scheduled a to-do in the record for the deal but not here in the deal area?
      • ☑️ ???
    • I've just joined. Are you going to talk about subscriptions? I'm using them but I still don't know how to use them with the deals. If I mark the deal as completed, now I cannot see it. So how can I see all my active subscriptions?
      • ☑️ You can see this by going to your 'All won deals.'

    With campaigns, any way to send the campaign email from workflow automation to other people linked to the deal? All the particapants?
