Tracking Deals Sent to multiple sources - Broker

I am a debt & equity broker - using pipedrive to track our deals through our sales cylce. Our deals are what we a brokering - they get sent to multiple funding sources, we get feedback, select one and close the deal. Trying to figure out an efficient way to track all of the sources the deal is sent to and record that feedback. Any ideas?

    Hi, there could be a few different ways to go about it; the best will depend on what's easier for you. Here are some suggestions:

    - you can use separate deals, one for each funding source. The one that wins is marked as won and the others are lost
    - You can have one deal instead, but multiple activities that would match the different funding sources.
    - You can also combine this with custom fields, such as text field, single or multiple options. And in these fields you can register the funding sources that got the deal.

    Pipedrive allows for quite a lot of flexibility when adapting your processes into deals. Feel free to experiment and adapt.
