Make field editing consistent across contact and leads lists

In the contacts table, fields can be edited without going into the contact or organization details, but the behavior on the leads list is completely different. I suggest aligning the field handling to a consistent style, using the contacts list as the standard.

    I support this idea. I would like the same behavior in the projects list as well. The contact list behavior displayed above is convenient and it would help me to have the same behavior in my list of projects.
