we need to ask our client base if they are interested or not in a potential service offering. Is there a way to ask and record responses in Pipedrive. Ideally we will send the client list an email either through campaigns or direct email with an interested / not interested link or button.

Thanks in advance.

+1 for this - we would use it for Artwork Approval - Approve/Decline options which then advances the pipeline stage.

    Hey @larryb,

I would recommend using our Web Forms feature for this! I created a Single-Option Person custom field in my account and then created a web form that includes the contact name, phone number, email address, and a section to ask if they are interested in the service.

If you already have these contacts in your account, the information will be merged with the existing contact when they submit the form (As long as the name and either phone or email match what exists in your account already)! You can then copy the link to this webform and hyperlink it in an email to your contacts!

This is an example of the webform I created-

    I hope this helps!

Hi Sophie, I hadn't considered this - thank you.

Can we pre-populate any information in the form from a deal?

WE could use the above in our artwork approval flow, but we just need 1 field.

I would be interested in taking this one step further if possible! I actively use webforms and campaigns, but is it possible to embed the form directly into a campaign that is sent out so the user doesn't need to click link A to be taken to the form itself? That way the user (the person we already have the contact info for) receives the email, responds from the email, and it automatically sends the response without opening another web page for them to do the same thing.
