How do I get Pipedrive support
Pipedrive is working too slowly to be functional and loading is taking too long. Our internet connection is fine and all other applications are fine including Insighly CRM. I have changed browsers from Chrome to Edge, deleted the cache etc and rebooted my imac but its still too slow. Is there and issue with Pipedrive currently as the system is just not operable and and I cannot work currently!!!!

From what we just checked internally, it looks like there was a short incident within your region so it’s likely that the slowness issue was related to that. It looks like it was resolved around 30 min ago, so everything should be running as usual!

It’s important to run through all the questions the bot asks, it will then send a case to our Support team, so that’s a step needed.
