Wait for condition - Time increase

In our process we use wait for conditions so our process can work to suit our business needs. We have an issue with the time limits on these as 5 working days sometimes isn't long enough and our automations stop working. If these time limits can be increased longer than 5 days that would be amazing! Thanks.

Yes, 7 days is definitely not enough, I second that request!

Hi all, I think i would be a massive help for me and many others if the 'wait for condition' feature lasted longer than 7 days. When dealing with customers a process may take longer than 7 days which means the wait for condition expires and they automation is useless.
For example, if i have sent a document for the customer to sign and i have an automation set up to react when it is signed, the longest it can wait for is 7 days… what if the customer goes on holiday or is out off the office for longer than 7 days or many other reasons that might cause this… i feel i spend a lot of my time resetting my deals after 7 days because its too short.
I hope that something can be done about this because its annoying to deal with. Thanks!😀

The limit for a wait for condition needs to be increased from 7 days. This is farrrrrr too low of a limit. Especially with no ability to detect if a timeout occurs in any type of split paths. This is just crazy. C'mon guys, I know you can do so much better than this! :)

Hi @wonders thank you for the feedback which has been passed on to our developers. There is presently a time limit of seven days per step though you can have more than one "wait for condition" on the same automation.
