Subscription Revenue Report: Unable to see subscription

Insights > Report > Subscription Revenue: What is your subscription revenue? It was my impression based on conversations with support teams over the past year and a basic assumption that this report would allow us to see all upcoming renewal rates. In fact, I have been advised that this report only allows us to see point-of-sale prices and not the subscription payment amount attributed to these deals.

In order to ascertain an accurate number for all upcoming renewal payments we have two options: access each deal and review via the deal card or request a custom subscription revenue report from the PD engineers (2nd being our usual monthly process). The 1st option is feasible but a massively inefficient use of time. The second is, again timely, for both us and the PD engineers.

I am surprised this reporting tool can not in fact display the ‘cycle amount’, a feature I was certain the Professional plan would include. The information is there, on the system, available to use, but not a feature of the ‘Subscription Revenue Report’. So in fact, this report is not a subscription revenue report, as it does not tell us how much our clients are paying for their subscriptions.

Why is it so difficult for us to see a snapshot of our expected subscription revenue for each month? Our sister company can access this information with ease using SalesForce, I much prefer the usability of Pipedrive. However, this being a key factor for our consideration to upgrade, has left a mark on my fondness for Pipedrive. Please consider including ‘cycle amount’ as customised column in this report.

Hi Manuel, thanks for the update. Our trial for the professional plan is due to expire in a week, although I appreciate that you must not be able to confirm the full details of this update. We are looking for some reassurance that if we are to continue on the professional plan, the report will feature what we are looking for. Thank you!
