How can sending an E-Mail convert a Lead into a Deal + book a Follow-Up Activity 3 days later?

Hi,

we have around 5 people cold-calling potential customers from the Lead Inbox and I want to save our employees time after each call by automating our workflow.

After each call, a prospect who is interested will usually ask for an E-Mail with our contact-info. We send them via pipedrive so it would be fantastic if sending a specific Mail-Template to the lead would trigger these steps:

1.) Convert Lead into Deal

2.) Book Follow-Up Call in 3 workdays.

Is that something I could do the automations or by involving a third party app?

    Hi @Uwe Hager,

    Pipedrive actually has a workflow action that allows you to convert a lead into a deal based on certain triggers from your lead records. One scenario you can implement is using a custom label/tag or custom field to notify the system that a lead is qualified, which then triggers automation to send an email template and automatically convert the lead into a deal.

    Additionally, you can set up a notification to book a call three days after the deal is created, using conditions such as the deal not moving to another stage and remaining in the first stage after conversion. This way, the system understands that this deal needs a follow-up email for booking a call.
