remove or fix the "Your account was under review." system when using campaign module !!
During our last campaign, 700 emails were not sent because Pipedrive flagged our campaign for "review".
Although the campaign was approved the next day, the 700 emails were still NOT sent !
We had NO WAY to identify which emails were not sent. After speaking with support, our request was escalated to the developers, and we received a google sheet list of IDs for the users that weren’t sent, only IDs, nothing else.
However, there was no explanation of what to do with this list or any further information.
Three days later, after contacting Support again, we were told that we needed to import the list, merge it, create a new custom field to identify the 700 records, and then redo the campaign (with finally great instructions from Kaarel).
We LOST HOURS OF WORK due to Pipedrive's decision to "review" our campaign/records. We are not sending spams , only emails to registered users, we don't need big brother to review our users !
Is this really how things should work? Are other people experiencing this problem?
Pipedrive, please STOP this, or at least find a way to automatically reactivate the records after a "review".
