Reply All not working

I used to have Reply All as an option. Now I don't. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I'm getting AI-written messages from Pipedrive support that are not helpful.

Life is good again, and my blood pressure is back to normal. The support person whom I spoke with this morning escalated the problem and it was fixed within minutes. Maybe it helped that I sent along a video screen capture showing exactly what I was experiencing.
I can't say that I enjoyed the experience of getting AI-written responses to my emails for support. Those were not helpful. Once I got a real person on the line though, that was a much better experience. Real people are always better than bots.0
