Norweigan mobile number - sms and call

Want to buy one Norwegian mobile number and use it for the following in Pipedrive:

1. Send and receive sms (from within pipedrive)

2. Make and receive calls (from within pipedrive)

Anyone who knows how to solve this? Have been in contact with several apps/third-party without anyone that can offer both sms and call for one and the same Norwegian mobile number.

    To send and receive SMS, as well as make and receive calls within Pipedrive using a single Norwegian mobile number, you'll want to use a communication service that handles both functions - and Twilio is a solid choice for this, as it offers both SMS and voice services.

    To set up the integration, you can use the Twilio integration available on our Pipedrive Marketplace (here) or by setting up a custom integration with Twilio's API. This setup will let you manage your SMS and calls directly within Pipedrive, with all your activities automatically logged into the tool.

    After you’ve got everything in place, be sure to test the SMS and calling features within Pipedrive to make sure everything works as expected. If you run into any issues, Twilio’s or own own Support Team should be able to help.
