Integration between Microsoft Teams Webinars and Pipedrive

Hello dear community,
We would like to organise our webinars with Microsoft Teams (Teams Webinars) in the future. It is important to us that a lead is created with every registration in Pipedrive and that all form data is transferred.

Are there already any people here who have implemented this? Or is there already an existing integration in the Marketplace? I haven't found anything suitable yet.
