Can I merge multiple won deals into one person?

Hi all,

We are an investment company and have been using pipe drive as our main CRM for a few months now. We have a lot of won deals that are of the same person, eg:

Won deal 1: Jake's 1st investment: $2000
Won deal 2: Jake's 2nd investment: $100
Won deal 3: Jake's 3rd investment: $500

I want to merge all of these "won deals" into one, so that when I search for Jake, I can see his first, second and third investment in one single view.

Please help!

    Hi @ubravo ,

    If you go to Jake's Person detail view, you can see all deals related to him, and if they are Won, Lost or Opened

    In this case you have everything in a single view.

    Does it answer your need ?

    Thank you! Is there a way to export it for all contacts on my account?

    I want to calculate the average time a client stays in the company, average investment and re-investment,etc

    Yes, you can export your contact view with a specific filter.

    But for this it would be much easier to stay within Pipedrive and create Reports ( "Insights" tab)
