Clicking on Lead's Email not auto-populating in the TO field of draft email.
Our sales team notices an odd change in PipeDrive setup: They often write emails to leads in the Lead Inbox and they start these messages by clicking on the lead's email from the Lead Inbox. That opens a new draft email in the Pipedrive email editor with the lead's email auto-populated in the TO field.
What's odd is that very recently the TO field stopped auto-populating. When clicking on the email address from the Lead Inbox it just opens a new, completely blank, draft email. This is only true if we click on the email addresses in the Leads Inbox. If you click on an email in Contacts/People, or in a Deals pipeline, the auto-pop still functions.
Has anyone else experienced this too? Know what may have happened or how to get it to work again?
Thanks for any help on this.

It doesn't autopopulate for me either but I always click the email tab which works.

Hello Kyle,
I wanted to give you a quick update on the issue you had raised. Our developers found the cause of the behaviour and applied some changes. Now, when you click on the email address within the Lead section, it will populate the To email address field accurately.

Hello @Kyle Wyatt,
As this doesn't seem to be an expected behaviour, our developers are looking into this. We hope in the meantime, the workaround proposed by Josh would help, if not, kindly contact our support team so that can assist you further.

Thank you @Josh Buesking and @Tony Xavier! That work around is more than reasonable in the meantime.
