Product datafields

Hi everyone.

We are facing a problem with product datafields periodically.

Why can't they be seen in deals?

    Hi @Anahit Hakobyan ,

    You can normally see these products fields : Quantity / Name / Amount

    Could you please specify which fields you would like to see ?

    Hi Axel, thank you for your response.

    The datafields depand on the field of the company. For example for the travel agencies they also need a datafield where they can write the airline. But it is not the only example. It would be better if for each deal we can fill in the product datafields.

    From what I understand , "a datafield where they can write the airline" would be a DEAL datafield and not a PRODUCT one ?

    Don't hesitate to add a screenshot so that I can better understand 👍

    No, shortly it would be better if we can customize the product datafields in deal " add product" View.

    Hi @Anahit Hakobyan ,

    It is not possible to see your custom field in this "Add a product to a deal" view.

    You will see them in the Product tab when you add a Product, though.

    This is because a Product can have one value for your custom field when you create it. Pipedrive considers that this is what defines your product.

    So if you want to do this, you will have to create X products for X airline companies
