Why is there a difference in the subscription rate I am being charged

Just finished several weeks of testing between a few different CRM's and Pipedrive won.

1st day of real use and already not happy. The support bot just goes in circles and you cannot get to live help. Tried many different trees, with no success. Does anyone have path to get past it? It shows we should get chat support with Advanced, but cant seem to get it to work.

Main issue is that we are being charged far more than the advertised rate. This shows we will be charged $44/month (monthly Advanced) but the website shows the pricing as $29/month… that's a BIG difference.

Has anyone else noticed this difference?

    In this case, I’d recommend you check your account’s billing section for more details. The advertised rate is per user per month and does not consider separate add-ons. For example, Leadbooster, Web Visitors, Projects, Campaigns and Smart Docs are all separate add-ons.

    Your final monthly charge and the extras you added are shown to you before you confirm your subscription. You can always make changes to your subscription that will take effect the following month. Should you find anything unexpected with your billing, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly neighborhood support team.

    We only have the Project add on for $8 and this is is calculated separately (see below). I have checked and I have nothing else that could explain this. We do not use any of those add-ons. As far as I can tell, we are being overcharged.

    I finally got the chat system to say that it would give me support, but its been 15min with no response.

    Not a good look for a new customer……
