QUESTION* EMAILS

I have been using the bcc to tie emails out customers to specific deals but, if they don't respond all then I don't get their responses in the notes of the deal.

any suggestions?

    When they don't reply you'd like a note added to the deal that they didn't reply? So you'd like to be notified if there's no response?

    Mike thank you for responding: Let me try to explain a little better:

    I am sending emails to people with a open deal and I am using the bcc feature to show that email in that specific deals' notes.

    but, when the customer replies back it does not show up in the notes.

    is there a way to get that reply into the notes without having to copy and paste which is our current method?
