Deals that got converted from Leads need a filterable designation

We need a better way to pull a list of Deals and filter by whether or not they were converted over from a Lead. Could this be a system field we could pull into a column in List view?

We have a workaround (custom field populated by an Automation on new Leads) but this could still be helpful for others!
