Lost Reasons Should Stand Out More
Lost Reasons should stand out more in the History section of a Deal. The Note background should be a different color, or the font bolded, or something better!
Also, it does not seem like all of the information is being recorded. The Lost Reason from the dropdown selections for this Deal was "Cascade decided not to pursue" but this does not show up in the History feed at all. What shows up is the additional note added by the User, and that just looks like another note, unrelated to the Lost action!
We know that the Lost Reason is shown on the Deal Details panel on the left, but that is not where Users are looking! They are looking in the History feed, and the Lost Reason should be there and it should STAND OUT. As you can see in the example below, the selected Lost Reason does not even show up in History:
