Problems synchronising contacts with a shared mailbox (office 365)

Dear Community,

I have recently changed my company email info@…. from a personal email to a shared mailbox.

Now of course the connection with the pipedrive contacts are lost and it seems I cant connect it back. Is there any way to solve this ?

    Hello Akritas,

    If the new info@ email is part of a shared mailbox, I am afraid you will not be able to connect that mailbox to Pipedrive using the email sync feature. But if it is not a shared mailbox and if you are having issues with connecting to email sync, kindly contact our support team from your account so we can check this further.

    Hi Tony,

    I see. I switched the shared email account to a normal then, so that contact sync is working again
