deal specific BCC is no longer capturing emails
At some point in the recent past, copying the deal specific BCC address has stopped updating the deal. How can this problem be diagnosed and fixed?

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with Smart BCC. Generally, these emails fail to receive when they are forwarded from unverified email addresses. But to properly investigate the issue, could be able to contact our support team directly with some examples?

A Pipedrive representative said, "Generally, these emails fail to receive when they are forwarded from unverified email addresses." And, "…contact our support team directly…".
- We do not know what a verified email address is or how to create one, and
- We do not know how to contact their support team (otherwise we would not have posted to the community).

When using Smart BCC, we always need to validate the email address associated with the message we want to link with our Pipedrive account - and this is what Tony previously referred to as "verified emails address". You can read more about this here.
