Pipedrive product improvement log - upvote features and improvements
Greetings Pipedrive,
I have been using different types of software for decades (Client and cloud based). Most of the software companies I dealt with will implement customer driven improvements, requests etc. in a timely manner.
My experience with other software companies is that they listen to their customer base for customer driven features and improvements, they are logged and upvoted by customers additionally customers can see status, so they don't have to ask repeatedly in the community.
Periodical releases have a log of what has been implemented for all the customers to see. In the Pipedrive community I see improvement requests that have been going on for years. Any plans to change this? Thanks.

- Hi @Joep Cuppens thank you for your feedback, which has been forwarded to our product team!
While Pipedrive does not have a release log as you describe, you can keep up with the latest news and updates in other ways:
– Subscribe to the What’s New Community category and learn about updates, past and upcoming, and ongoing open beta tests.
- – Check out our roadmap here, which includes the exciting things we’re focusing on for the near future.
- – If you haven’t yet, Sign up for the product newsletter. We send out a regular monthly roundup of the latest updates released during the previous month, and that’s where you’ll find announcements for upcoming initiatives you can get involved in, including webinars and new significant features.

@Joep Cuppens I would love that as well, unfortunately when you look at the roadmap, there's not much development planned and little, if any of it seems to be what the community has requested. There doesn't appear to be improvements planned for existing features and functionality. For example, workflows that desperately need to be revamped.
It's really unfortunately. When our business decided to go with Pipedrive, it felt great. We believed we were positioning our business to grow with a thriving CRM platform that was rapidly developing and improving. It turned out that wasn't the case. Like you, we've waited patiently reading through countless threads of requests from the community that ultimately have sat dormant and unimplemented for years.
As much as I hate to say it, I think we need to learn to live with what we have.

Yes, it is very disappointing. This happens when private equity firms get involved, they now own a majority stake of Pipedrive. When Pipedrive was founded, I think it was for the "why" now it is for maximum returns.
