Tips for better deal names

Hi guys,
Can you please give me tips and best practices for choosing better deal naming?
Right now i use only the first name & surname of the person but when i use automations with make.com and i need to search for deal, it makes it very hard to manage..

Do you sometimes add phone number in the deal title?

    Hi @Asaf ,

    If you need a specific field you could use Deal ID, which is a unique ID given to each deal

    Thank you for taking the time and reply to me.

    When I'm searching for a deal in make.com i dont know the deal ID yet..
    I need to look for the deal with some sort of text or numbers (name or phone number)

    Thats why im looking for more of a good tip from daily users
