Correct referal Lead in affiliate portal

I am a Pipedrive affiliate, and we got a client to set up Pipedrive for their business. However, the client created their account without using our referral URL or code to indicate that they were referred by us. What action can I take to have that client associated with our affiliate profile?

    Hello @Luciano Spinelli,

    As we do not have an option to retroactively apply the affiliate link to an existing account, you would need to ask your client to create a new account, making sure they use the link to sign up and we will not be able to apply the link to an existing account.
