Contact to Deal automation - doesn't work in 2 pipelines

Hi there,

I got stuck on the following:

Always when a new contact is created, I want a deal to be created automatically. Now we are working in two pipelines that need to be separated. But when I add a new contact in pipeline B that automation puts the contact to pipeline A. I tried to put the pipeline phase in the automation's action but this does not work.

Any ideas how to fix?

    You need to tick the checkbox on the action screen when you go to create the deal. Then, on the next screen you will choose the stage, since the stage is already within a pipeline, the deal will be in whatever pipeline the stage you select is in.

    Hello @Ginii,

    In addition to what Brent already mentioned, could you also double-check the trigger of the automation, specifically what condition you use after the Person Created trigger?

    If both automations have the same conditions, it wouldn't work as expected and if you could share the automation setup, it could provide some more insights to fix the it.
