Automate - unopened emails create a new task

Manual send emails, if not open in 3 days, create a new activity automatically.

    Hi @Fabio_Insylo,

    At this time, we do not have a workflow automation trigger for "email sent", however, you can create an "action" that triggers an email to be sent automatically and create this follow up activity that way!

    For example, the automation below triggers when a Custom field has been updated with specific data and an email will be sent. After that, the automation delays for 3 days, checks to see if anyone has replied, and then creates an activity if not!

    While we do not have the option to check if the email has been opened as a condition, you can track link clicks and if the email has been replied to. I hope this helps!
