I think that the left bar of all entities (Organizations, People and Deals), in addition to the General left Menu, should be configurable by an administrator user and not personally. At least, allow the option that regular users cannot change it.

In CRM implementation processes that are complex due to the number of users or with different cultures involved, allowing each user to customize this type of view is a serious problem, since understanding the logic of Pipedrive functions and hierarchies is not easy if it is not explained very well and is not used a lot.

In these early stages of implementation, a general configuration that does not allow much customization is convenient. Also allowing a common way of working to be unified for teams that are starting to work or are in a transformation process, either due to changing CRM or starting to use one for the first time.

Do we know if there are any plans in this to implement this improvement?

In this regard, I have posted several times on LinkedIn to comment on this.

Thanks!

    Hello Xavier,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We don’t have any updates planned in our roadmap for this specifically at this time. However, we’ll continue to monitor for opportunities, and I want to let you know that it was moved to the feedback section so it can reach our developers.

    Thank you!

I completely agree. Not being able to manage the sidebar visibility/ordering for all users is a serious omission.
