How do I track deals across related organisations

I'm setting up a key account program for a global account, and due to the complexity of the account over multiple geographies & business units it is listed in our Pipedrive under 15+ "organisations" and under 6 different "owners" - none of which are me. Is there a way I can link these organisations and then run one report of open/won deals?
