Unclear required field in autiomation
Hi!
I am in the process of creating an automation that has the purpose to be triggered when an Organisation Owner is changed so that Contact Owner on all Contacts linked to this Organisation has the same new Owner.
I have created an automation for this (see image) but as the step of Action I am forced to fill in the field stating "Person" which makes no sense to me.
I have created the Trigger, delay and instant condition so that when an organization is updated and the owner on the organization is changed. THEN it should update all the contacts linked to that organization. But the field "Person" I am required to fill in is only showing me the Contacts I have in Pipedrive. Which makes no sense once again because I do not want to specify a specific person but rather say "update all contacts linked to this organization with the same owner as on the organization.

When setting up an automation, the conditions are limited to the item associated with the specific trigger. Since an Organization can have multiple linked people, the step prompts you to specify which individual you want the change to apply to. We recognize that in situations like yours, it would be useful to have an option to select all people related to the Organization, but unfortunately, that’s not currently available.
I’ll share this feedback with our team in hopes that it can lead to future improvements.
