    Is it possible to make that whenever we add a person "Person enrichment" run automatically without waiting our manual click?
    Probably not fully automatic, as there's cost associated with each enrichment and this could lead to negative surprises, but we are considering supporting bulk enrichment, where you choose a set of Contacts and enrich them in one go.


    Is there a tool that syncs with our inventory for Products? Do we have to manually update each time we have to add new product?
    Thank you for asking! So far the workaround is available via API, but no specific tool yet. Our team is aware of the request and this is something that is in our backlog.


    Will Pulse have an alert feature to notify me of any relevant news about my prospects that I can use as a hook for follow-up calls?
    This is something we have logged as one potential improvement to Pulse indeed, although it is not in our immediate plans.


    When will Pulse be available? We have professional plan
    Pulse is expected to reach general availability early next year.


    Are there some crystal clear guarantees with Pulse ensuring GDPR compliance in the European Union?
    In case the Pulse feature gets released for all Pipedrive users, it follows the general terms and conditions of other Pipedrive features.


    Is there a plan to expand capabilities for Pipedrive to integrate with quote generation and management platforms?
    Currently, the only supported document providers are Google and Microsoft. There aren't short term plans to include other providers.


    any courses for Commercial Real Estate specific?

    All the AI work is great but there are still some basic issues with PD such as calculating Gross Profit from product catalogue and including in insights
    *It's a known request and is in our backlog. Some workarounds to suggest meanwhile:

    • to add a total cost field on a deal level and then have a formula field
    • to use the 'Discount' field. But this would prevent real discounts to be applied.*


    Will customer details also include contact details?
    Yes, they would include details like phone nr and email whenever these are available to us via our data providers.

    Are you aware of the EU AU Act law coming up next year? Might this have an impact on the availability?
    Waiting for input.


    What is the paln with documents? Trying to send customers a doc to sign goes to their junk mail more times than not. I would like to see it pull into regualer email with templates.
    Thank you for sharing. Currently this is not something we’re focusing on at the moment. if you still experience this issue please check with our support. Could be potentially resolved by whitelisting the IP.


    How could PD w/ or w/o AI use past won deals to update pricing for products in future deals?
    Thank you very much for bringing this! Yes, this is something that was on our radar of things that could be leveraged by AI.


    How does Pulse lead scoring and prioritization impact sales forecasting?
    As of right now, Pulse engagement score has no impact on what you see in the forecast view nor in the revenue forecast reports in Insights.


    One drive integration is needed. Will we see a directory view at any point?
    Connection to OneDrive is possible through the Smart Documents feature.


    Can we train the AI with prompts to use select custom field data to improve identifying hottest propsects
    At this point, no, but we are exploring ways how to provide more flexibility to scoring prospects.


    Can Pipedrive provide information about the customer decision processes, typical budgets, and other relevant metrics that affect the sales outcome?
    Data Enrichment will provide a number of firmographic and contact details, which might partially cover these points. Details like decision processes are usually private data of those companies and difficult to know with certainty.


    What are the tools for managers ?
    The exact solution is yet to be defined, but our team is exploring ways how to provide the best Pulse experience for not only salespeople, but sales managers as well.


    Are plans for a premium Pulse pipeline-specific solution that eliminates the need for RFQ documents and specs? It can extract key information to qualify deals, update custom fields, and prepare quotes in Pipedrive/PandaDoc. Pulse +. use past quotes and emails to suggest follow-up Q and pricing
    All very good ideas, thank you for the question! Pulse is currently focused on helping qualify prospects and nurture them, but we do see ways how it could be useful for deals further along the pipeline as well, where quotes, contracts and other documents come to play.

    How does Data Enrichment differ from Web Visitors? Do we need both add-ons? Also re Web Visitors, are there more notification capabilities and best practices to optimize?
    With Web Visitors you can enrich the contacts who have interacted with your website. With Data enrichment you can enrich any Person or Organization that you have added to Pipedrive.


    Smart Data and Data enrichment is really useful but we couldn't use that data in filters or other tasks will that functionality be available in future ?
    Yes, this will be one of our first priorities to be able to add it to list views as columns (for sorting and prioritizing), being able to use in filters etc.


    if it pulls public info but I know it to be incorrect and fix it, will it continually overwrite with incorrect data or leave it?
    No, if you remove the incorrect enrichment, it won't automatically overwrite any existing data.

    In My CRM I don't see the feature AlBoth Pulse and other AI features are available on Professional and above.

    Can we do data enrichment for a bulk set of contacts/leads?Yes we are considering this, but there will most likely be a limit of how many you can enrich at once.

    Will Pipedrive prompt for the next activity when an activity is Marked as Done from the Pulse Actions feed?Yes, it will if you have this setting enabled. Pulse will also help you remember to schedule next activity later, if you don't want to do it immediately after marking one as done.

    In PipeDrive Pulse's Data Enrichment, what program is used to pull information from the internet? ZoomInfo?Currently Clearbit, but we are just in the process of moving to a more capable provider that has many underlying data sources like ZoomInfo for better enrichment outcomes.

    Can we do the data enrichment via API? It is usually cumbersome doing it through UIWe currently aren't considering API enrichment support, but to better solve for UI use cases, we will likely support bulk enrichment (instead of one-by-one like it is now).

    Do we need a third part product to ensure the scoring from Pulse is accurate or is it scanning throughout emails sent and replied to (We use Google Workspace in my organisation)?Pulse is using data you have stored within Pipedrive, so if you are syncing your email communications to Pipedrive, by either using our Email Sync solution or the BCC functionality, then Pulse is able to understand that and use those data points in the scoring.

    Hi, If I have many deal with the same customer, I would like to chose the ones that will apear on customer page and being able to chose the order they apear !?Thank you for the feedback! This is not currently possible, but our team will consider it.

    Will a connection to LinkedIn be considered concerning engagement signals and intent?I can see how that would be a great signal of engagement, our team will consider this for future releases.

    Why can’t Pipedrive deeply integrate with O365? Uploading documents in PD when they’re stored there is cumbersome. we need to gather many documents from prospects to move deals forward. Storing these in OneDrive for reference will streamline handovers with non-PD users.Files feature doesn't integrate with OneDrive. In Smart Docs you can connect your Microsoft account including OneDrive and have documents managed through Pipedrive but stored in Onedrive.

    Will it take into account multiple email opens? we often have prospects who don't reply, but open many timesEach email open is taken into account as an engagement signal. Our engagement model is able to understand the strength of different signals, so those opens might be considered as less strong signals than replies.

    What is the best way to link a website form to gather the data and update leads with the AI? Is there a recommended form to use for this type of integration to get the best leads to feed actions going?We are preparing Data Enrichment to cover this functionality. If this becomes available in Q1, you should be able to get Leads/Deals created via Web Forms and then (bulk) enrich them. Also depends a bit which data points exactly you would be interested in populating with AI.

    Will the AI chat be available on Chatbot? Instead of creating custom prompts, can the client be directed to an AI bot?Although this is not in our current plans, we understand the potential overlap.
