Hi All,

I'm working with a Pipedrive client currently, who runs many courses as part of their business.

We're looking for the best way to mange course numbers, course attendees, course spaces etc - has anyone setup Pipedrive for this use case previously, and do you have any suggestions?

    Hi @Dan S - Pipedrive Premier Partner there could be different ways of doing this, it may take some experimenting to find the best method for your client.

    For example, each course could be its own deal and you could have custom fields in the deal for registering course attendees and other course-specific details. Also, if these courses have a fixed structure, they may even be recorded as Products in Pipedrive.

    If your client sells courses as a subscription over time, they can use the Recurring Products feature and define how often these courses are billed.

    Finally, you can also combine Activities for individual events related to each course such as booking specific rooms and times.
