Is there a way to create a trigger that sends the project owner an email when a project is moved to a different phase?

    Yes, this can be achieved with our native Automations in Pipedrive. In this specific scenario, it should be something like this: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/i/hR0sum

    Feel free to select which phase you want to trigger this in "instant condition" and fill all details about the email action part too.

    I actually ended up figuring it out late yesterday. Took a few trys, but got it tuned in. I was really looking for more of a step by step or better explianation of how to do this in the help knowledgebase. I could not find anything. Thanks
