How can I bulk change of email visibility from Private to Public?

My users email were set to private by accident, how can I change all the emails to public?

The user has a couple of months of email which are not visible and going to the org or individual record oe email to change them is not tenable. Any help would be appreciated.

    In Pipedrive, each user's Mail tab functions similarly to a personal email inbox, ensuring that emails remain private by default. Users have the ability to adjust the visibility of their emails, including making bulk changes directly from the Mail tab.

    To change the visibility of multiple emails at once:

    1. Access the Mail Tab: Navigate to your Mail tab within Pipedrive.
    2. Load All Relevant Emails: Scroll through your inbox to load all the emails you wish to modify.
    3. Select Emails: Use the checkbox at the top to bulk select the emails you want to change.
    4. Adjust Visibility: Click the "Share" button and choose "Share within your company" to make the selected emails visible to your team.
