Important Email Arching sync problems with an Office365 account
Pipedrive randomly archives mails in one of my organised archived mail folders in O365. Those folders in O365 are specific used for important business parts (typically project based folders), but the rest can be stored under the standard Archive place in O365.
That means that those folders are filled with related emails who are still essential to keep.
I stopped archiving my mails in Pipedrive as they randomly are archived in O365 polluting the folders, but now my emailbox is a mess.
Pipedrive support recognised this problem as a big, (I raised a ticket for months ago), but is still working on it saying its a difficult bug.
Am I the only one with this problem?
