✉️ Improved Email Recipient Suggestions for Team Collaboration 🤝
We are happy to share an improvement to the recipient suggestions functionality in Pipedrive’s email composer.
What’s new:
Recipient suggestions in the To/CC/BCC fields now include Pipedrive users within the company account, alongside existing contact suggestions.
Why:
Sales is a team effort, and our customers have shared feedback about the effort involved in manually entering colleagues' email addresses when collaborating on customer communications. To simplify this, some users have been creating contact profiles in Pipedrive for their team members. While this workaround helps in the short term, it can lead to data issues like cluttered History sections in detail views and inconsistencies with email linking.
How the update helps:
This update allows users to quickly select colleagues from a suggestions list, eliminating the need to manually type email addresses or create extra contact profiles. It streamlines email collaboration, saves time, and ensures your data stays clean and well-organized.
We’re excited for you to try it out and share how it improves your workflow!
Thank you,
Helena from Pipedrive

Hello, where exactly should I see the suggestions? Do I have to take any action to see them? If I click in the To/CC/BCC box, nothing happens. When I start typing my colleague's name, the results don't give me a preference. Thank you for the clarification.

Hi @Petr Vojtechovsky 👋 To see recipient suggestions when typing in the To/CC/BCC fields, follow these steps:
- Ensure your colleagues are users in your Pipedrive account. Only users within your account will appear as suggestions.
- When you click in the To/CC/BCC field in the composer, start typing your colleague's name or email address. Suggestions should appear dynamically as you type.
I hope this helps. However, if you're still not seeing suggestions, please contact our support team – we’ll be happy to assist further.
